A weapon that William Shatner used in a TV
pilot of Star
Trek in 1960, has raised during an auction a whopping $ 231,000 (178,000 euros).
You do not see many of those beautiful things at auctions therefore
you can also call this a real masterpiece.
The prop was the
showpiece at the Julien's
Auction in Beverly Hills, where several Hollywood Attributes went under
the hammer.
The unique, so-called "phaser gun" became the second most expensive prop from the popular sci-fi series ever. In 2008, a collector paid as much as $ 304.750 for the chair of Captain Kirk.
